Customer Service

We will respond to messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We always make every effort for 100% customer satisfaction.


Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct information on your order. 


Your order will ship USPS First Class Mail (2-7 business days transit time). The free shipping option for orders under $10 does not include tracking. There is an option at checkout to purchase tracking for $3.50 if you choose. Contact us in the event of lost mail and we will make sure you get a replacement item or your money back. Orders over $10 will include free tracking. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will include your tracking number if applicable. 

In the event an item is returned to us by the post office we will contact you to verify your information before proceeding with re-sending or refunding your order. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Returns | Refund Policy

Due to the made to order nature of our business we do not accept returns. However, if you ever have any issues reach out to us and we will do our best to reach a fair and satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible if you are not happy with the size and/or color you selected so please double check your selections. It is very rare, but if an order should ever arrive damaged email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. If it is determined that the item was damaged in the mail, we will replace the item or issue a refund. We will always send a replacement item or issue a full refund if we make an error.
