  • We will respond to messages within 24 hours, (and often much sooner) during normal business hours and some evenings and weekends.

  • If any issues ever arise with a product or shipping we will work with you to correct it. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.


  • We ship within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed.

  • Your order will ship USPS First Class Mail (3-10 day transit). Free shipping option does not include tracking. There is an option at checkout to purchase tracking for $2.99

  • Contact us in the event of lost mail and we will make sure you get your decal or your money back.

Returns / Refunds 

  • Due to the made to order nature of our business we have a no returns policy and all sales are final.
